Once you become a member you will be placed in one of the swimming groups. The club is structured into 4 groups.
D Once a week
C
Beginner and improver groups, emphasis is on stroke work although endurance and stamina work become increasingly important.
B
Stroke work and technique is being developed but the emphasis is on endurance and stamina.
A
This is the senior group working on a combination of endurance and stamina work, although technique is never forgotten.
