XMAS TRAINING -  2011

Last training session for Development squad will be 21/12/11 at Riddings pool from 18.00 - 20.00

Development squad training will resume at Riddings Pool on 3/1/12 at 18.00-9.00

Last training session for Potential and Performance squads  will be Thursday 22/12/11 from 18.00- 20.00 at Riddings Pool.

Performance and Potential squad training will resume on 4/1/12 from 18.00- 20.00 at The Pods.

There are 2 extra training sessions for all squads at The Pods from 9-11.00 on 28th and 30th December.
